Carolina Swing Bed- Installation Package

The “Carolina” swing bed. It is a beautiful and elegant swing made of kiln-dried pine that can be painted or stained. We use mostly 2x6 boards and well as 2x4's.

Text your hanging location photos to Tiffany at (931) 307-4155 before placing your order. We will verify if your location will work and you can proceed with your order.

All swing frames and installs will be completed within 7 days of placing your order. We will arrange an installation date that works for you. 

Install Package Includes:

• Twin or Crib Frame (painted or stained)
• 8” mattress with waterproof zip-over liner
  
• Appropriate hanging hardware
  
• 50’ of Chain (standard ceiling height of 10')
• 50' of rope (standard ceiling height of 10')
• Black Rope additional $200

Rope: We do not recommend installing with rope alone. After time the rope settles and it is hard to readjust. We recommend chain or rope-wrapped chain.

Decorative Pillows: We DO NOT include mattress covers or pillows. The back built to fit 26”x26” Euro pillows. We will not adjust back height. Amazon, Etsy, or Patio Lane is a good place to find outdoor covers. 

Dimensions: You are responsible for measuring to ensure your swing will fit your space. We can not adjust the size. The swing is built to fit a regular twin size 8” deep mattress.

Details:

• Made in the USA - Veteran owned company
• Swing bed weight: Approximately 75 lbs.
• Swing bed weight limit: Approximately 800 lbs.
• Stain and paint touch ups: We will provide extra paint and stain/sealer for touch ups. If you choose stain, you are responsible for resealing your swing bed. 
• Stain will need to sprayed/resealed every fall and spring 

Installation Process:
It will take around 2 hours to install your swing bed. We can not guarantee that your chains will hang straight down. Your chains could either line up straight or slightly bow in or out. It is normal for this to happen with most swings due to the position of your ceiling joist.

You will need to be present during your installation. We do not come back to reposition the swing or move it after it is hung. If you would like your swing moved there will be an additional fee.
